本研究(jiu)主(zhu)要以(yi)江(jiang)蘇省(sheng)蘇州市軌道交通土方(fang)工(gong)程(cheng)船舶運(yun)輸(shu)監(jian)(jian)管為研究(jiu)目標,主(zhu)要對工(gong)程(cheng)土方(fang)運(yun)輸(shu)管理施(shi)工(gong)過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)中的船舶全程(cheng)數據監(jian)(jian)控分析(xi),在關鍵時間(jian)節點抓拍照片(pian)作(zuo)為流程(cheng)進展(zhan)佐證(zheng),從而(er)實現(xian)對運(yun)泥(ni)船的裝泥(ni)、運(yun)泥(ni)、卸泥(ni)全過(guo)(guo)程(cheng)智(zhi)能監(jian)(jian)控。對于以(yi)前運(yun)泥(ni)船隨意傾倒淤泥(ni),工(gong)作(zuo)消極(ji)怠工(gong)的現(xian)象實現(xian)限制以(yi)致杜絕,進而(er)提高(gao)河(he)道土方(fang)運(yun)輸(shu)管理的實際工(gong)作(zuo)效率。
系統(tong)(tong)把衛星(xing)(xing)定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)技術、地理信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)系統(tong)(tong)( Geographical Information System, GIS)技術、現代通(tong)信(xin)(xin)技術和數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)庫(ku)(ku)技術綜合在一起的(de)(de)(de)(de)綜合系統(tong)(tong),整體結構,由終端設備、無(wu)(wu)線通(tong)信(xin)(xin)網絡(luo)、通(tong)信(xin)(xin)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)器(qi)(qi)、數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)庫(ku)(ku)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)器(qi)(qi)、Web服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)器(qi)(qi)、監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)中(zhong)心等部分組成。終端設備是信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)采集(ji)和命令的(de)(de)(de)(de)執行(xing)(xing)(xing)單元(yuan),包括GPS定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)模塊(kuai)(kuai)、無(wu)(wu)線通(tong)信(xin)(xin)模塊(kuai)(kuai)、數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)采集(ji)模塊(kuai)(kuai)、運算控(kong)(kong)(kong)制模塊(kuai)(kuai)等。GPS定(ding)(ding)位(wei)(wei)模塊(kuai)(kuai)接收(shou)衛星(xing)(xing)信(xin)(xin)號獲(huo)得車輛的(de)(de)(de)(de)位(wei)(wei)置(zhi)、速度、方(fang)向等信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi),與(yu)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)采集(ji)模塊(kuai)(kuai)獲(huo)得的(de)(de)(de)(de)設備狀態信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)整合封裝成PPP數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)報(bao)文,通(tong)過無(wu)(wu)線通(tong)信(xin)(xin)模塊(kuai)(kuai)發(fa)送(song)到(dao)無(wu)(wu)線通(tong)信(xin)(xin)網絡(luo),最(zui)終到(dao)達通(tong)信(xin)(xin)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)器(qi)(qi)。通(tong)信(xin)(xin)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)器(qi)(qi)對得到(dao)的(de)(de)(de)(de)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)根據(ju)協(xie)議(yi)(yi)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)解析(xi),首先對數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)庫(ku)(ku)服(fu)(fu)務(wu)(wu)器(qi)(qi)中(zhong)相應船(chuan)舶實時(shi)信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)同(tong)步更(geng)新(xin),再將(jiang)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)存放到(dao)對應的(de)(de)(de)(de)歷史數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)庫(ku)(ku)中(zhong)用于后(hou)期查詢和統(tong)(tong)計操作(zuo),最(zui)后(hou)將(jiang)數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)按(an)照客(ke)戶端協(xie)議(yi)(yi)格(ge)式組包后(hou)發(fa)送(song)給正在使用系統(tong)(tong)的(de)(de)(de)(de)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)客(ke)戶端。同(tong)時(shi)系統(tong)(tong)運行(xing)(xing)(xing)云端數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)分析(xi)模塊(kuai)(kuai),對船(chuan)舶數(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)(shu)據(ju)按(an)照工作(zuo)合作(zuo)關(guan)系進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)實時(shi)分析(xi),在關(guan)鍵時(shi)間節點進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)圖像抓(zhua)拍,對船(chuan)舶運行(xing)(xing)(xing)范(fan)圍(wei)進(jin)(jin)行(xing)(xing)(xing)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong),如有違規(gui)立即產生報(bao)警信(xin)(xin)息(xi)(xi)發(fa)送(song)到(dao)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)端或推(tui)送(song)給監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)人員。通(tong)過一系列自動化的(de)(de)(de)(de)監(jian)(jian)控(kong)(kong)(kong)手段(duan)來提高船(chuan)舶清淤施(shi)工的(de)(de)(de)(de)規(gui)范(fan)和效率(lv)水平。
整體系統架構分為平臺(tai)層、協議層、數據(ju)庫、應(ying)用層、服務對象五個部(bu)分,具(ju)體解釋如下:
平臺(tai)層:系統搭建在(zai)微(wei)軟.Net Framwork 3.5基礎平臺(tai)上,此平臺(tai)功能強大,基本滿足(zu)系統各(ge)種(zhong)開發需求。
協議層:系統使(shi)用TCPIP、Web Service、Remoting、Asp.net、Html5等技術(shu),用于解決服(fu)務組件之間(jian)、服(fu)務組件與(yu)服(fu)務對象之間(jian)的數據通信(xin)需要(yao)。
數據庫:系(xi)統使用(yong)Microsoft SQL Server 2005作為系(xi)統的數據存儲管(guan)理支撐。
應(ying)用層:主要包括(kuo)通(tong)信服務(wu)、地址(zhi)解(jie)(jie)析(xi)(xi)(xi)、數(shu)據(ju)管(guan)理、監控管(guan)理幾個(ge)部(bu)分,通(tong)信服務(wu)負(fu)(fu)(fu)責接收終端數(shu)據(ju)、解(jie)(jie)析(xi)(xi)(xi)后存儲到數(shu)據(ju)庫(ku)中、同(tong)時轉發到監控客(ke)戶端;地址(zhi)解(jie)(jie)析(xi)(xi)(xi)和道(dao)路分析(xi)(xi)(xi)負(fu)(fu)(fu)責提供經緯(wei)度解(jie)(jie)析(xi)(xi)(xi)功(gong)能服務(wu);數(shu)據(ju)管(guan)理是(shi)系統的后臺,主要負(fu)(fu)(fu)責管(guan)理各種平臺基礎數(shu)據(ju);監控管(guan)理模塊(kuai)負(fu)(fu)(fu)責提供用戶車輛監控、軌跡(ji)回(hui)放(fang)、車輛跟(gen)蹤、報警提示、數(shu)據(ju)報表(biao)等功(gong)能;
船舶工作(zuo)數(shu)(shu)據(ju)主要依靠終端設備采集GPS信息和狀態信息上傳到通(tong)信服(fu)務器(qi),通(tong)信服(fu)務器(qi)對數(shu)(shu)據(ju)按(an)照協(xie)議進行(xing)解析(xi),存(cun)儲到數(shu)(shu)據(ju)庫(ku),按(an)照客戶(hu)端協(xie)議發送到監(jian)控客戶(hu)端,最后推送給數(shu)(shu)據(ju)分析(xi)模塊進行(xing)后續分析(xi)工作(zuo)。
每一(yi)次運泥(ni)(ni)過程是(shi)到固定的(de)(de)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)泥(ni)(ni)區(qu)裝(zhuang)(zhuang)載淤(yu)泥(ni)(ni),然(ran)后運送(song)到卸泥(ni)(ni)區(qu)位(wei)置進行卸載操(cao)作。其中共涉及5個(ge)關鍵時間(jian)(jian)節(jie)點:靠(kao)近裝(zhuang)(zhuang)泥(ni)(ni)區(qu)、離(li)開裝(zhuang)(zhuang)泥(ni)(ni)區(qu)、運送(song)途中、靠(kao)近卸泥(ni)(ni)區(qu)、離(li)開卸泥(ni)(ni)區(qu)。系統控(kong)制(zhi)每一(yi)個(ge)節(jie)點相關的(de)(de)船載設備拍攝照(zhao)片,并(bing)記錄(lu)此過程的(de)(de)時間(jian)(jian)、位(wei)置等信息,從(cong)而實(shi)現對(dui)協同工作全程監控(kong)。
根據船舶實(shi)際工作(zuo)流(liu)程,對于運(yun)泥船可(ke)以(yi)生成對應的工作(zuo)流(liu)程報表(biao),包括實(shi)際的歷(li)史(shi)軌跡數據、關鍵(jian)節(jie)點(dian)抓(zhua)拍照片、過程信息統計三個要(yao)素(su)。以(yi)下是實(shi)際的系統截圖
